PPT93TH Miniature Differential Pressure Transducer
The PPT93TH miniature differential pressure transducer measures the difference between two pressures in a stainless steel body just 0.93 inches in diameter. Designed for OEM equipment where space is limited, it threads directly into a manifold or a pair of fittings through two M6x1 ports and delivers a calibrated, temperature compensated signal from -40°C to +85°C.
Available in differential ranges from 1 to 300 PSID (pounds per square inch, differential), the PPT93TH offers a choice of 0.5 to 4.5 V ratiometric analog or 14-bit I²C digital output with a ±0.2% FS total error band. Its welded SS316L housing is epoxy potted, rated IP65, and qualified to MIL-STD-810G for vibration and shock.
Miniature Differential Pressure Transducer for Compact Manifold Designs
Many systems care less about absolute pressure than about the difference between two points: the pressure drop across a filter, the change across an orifice plate, or the pressure at the bottom of a sealed tank compared to the space above the liquid. A differential pressure transducer reads both pressures at once and reports only the difference, so the host system does not need two sensors and a calculation to get the same result.
The PPT93TH places both pressure ports on one end of the body, on 0.51 inch centers. The high side port is laser marked H and the low side port is marked L, and the output rises as the H port pressure rises above the L port pressure. Because the ports thread directly into the mating hardware, the sensor can mount right at the measurement point without tubing runs or adapters.

- EMI/EMC: MIL-STD-461G
- Electrical connection: 26 AWG tinned flying leads, 1 to 12 in
Every PPT93TH is factory calibrated and temperature compensated, so no correction is needed on the host side. For background on pressure measurement and calibration, engineers can reference NIST Pressure and Vacuum Metrology.
Rugged SS316L Construction
The PPT93TH is built for equipment that moves, vibrates, and works outdoors. The SS316L cap is welded to the housing and the internal electronics are epoxy potted, protecting the sensing circuitry from moisture and mechanical stress. The assembly carries an IP65 rating, meaning it is dust tight and protected against water jets.
The transducer is qualified to MIL-STD-810G for vibration and shock and to MIL-STD-461G for electromagnetic compatibility, making it well suited for mobile equipment, defense ground support systems, and heavy machinery. The wetted materials are SS316L and silicone (VMQ), suitable for a wide range of liquids and gases. Media compatibility should always be evaluated for the specific fluid or gas, concentration, temperature, and operating environment. Alternative seal materials are available for OEM programs with aggressive or corrosive media.
