Five Channel Wireless Receiver for Multi-Point Monitoring Systems

The PS6W-5 Five Channel Wireless Receiver is designed to pair with Phoenix Sensors WEPS06 wireless pressure transducers and WETS06 wireless temperature transducers, allowing you to monitor up to five sensors from a single receiver.

This five channel wireless receiver provides a cost-effective alternative to running multiple wired sensors, making it ideal for applications where several measurement points need to be monitored in one system.

The receiver converts wireless sensor data into individual 1–5V or 4–20mA outputs, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial control equipment. A built-in 5A relay output provides alarm functionality for system alerts such as signal loss, low battery, or process conditions.

Why Use a Five Channel Wireless Receiver?

When you have multiple sensors, wiring becomes a bigger problem:

  • Increased installation time and cost
  • Complex cable routing
  • Limited flexibility across multiple locations

The PS6W-5 solves this by allowing you to:

  • Monitor up to five pressure or temperature points wirelessly
  • Reduce wiring and installation complexity
  • Centralize outputs into a single receiver
  • Scale your system without redesigning infrastructure

This is ideal for systems where multiple measurements need to be monitored and controlled together.

Key Features of the PS6W-5 Five Channel Wireless Receiver

  • Five channel wireless receiver for multi-point monitoring
  • Compatible with WEPS06 (pressure) and WETS06 (temperature) transmitters
  • Five independent outputs: 1–5V or 4–20mA (user selectable)
  • Single 5A relay output for alarm conditions
  • Plug-and-play operation with simple configuration
  • Optional software configuration for multi-channel setup
  • IP65 rated enclosure for industrial environments
  • DIN rail or wall mountable
  • LED indication for wireless connection status
  • Up to 500m (1640 ft) range standard, up to 750m (2300 ft) with optional antenna

How the PS6W-5 Works

Up to five wireless sensors transmit data
→ PS6W-5 receives signals from each sensor
→ Converts each channel into individual analog outputs
→ Sends signals to your control system
→ Alarm relay triggers if any issue is detected

This allows multiple wireless sensors to be integrated into one centralized control system.

Applications

  • Multi-point pressure monitoring systems
  • Industrial automation and process control
  • HVAC systems with multiple zones
  • Compressor and pump systems
  • Oil and gas monitoring systems
  • Water and wastewater treatment
  • Equipment with multiple measurement points

System Integration

The PS6W-5 Five Channel Wireless Receiver is designed for seamless integration into existing systems.

Compatible with:

  • PLC systems
  • SCADA systems
  • Data acquisition systems
  • Industrial control panels

When paired with multiple WEPS06 pressure or WETS06 temperature transmitters, it creates a scalable wireless monitoring system.

When to Choose the PS6W-5 vs PS6W-1

  • Choose PS6W-1 for single measurement point applications
  • Choose PS6W-5 when monitoring multiple sensors in one system

If you are running more than one sensor, the PS6W-5 reduces complexity and improves system efficiency.
