PPT76 Water, Air, Oil Pressure Sensor, Analog Output, Stainless Steel, Quick Disconnect
Home | Products | Pressure Solutions |
The PPT76 automotive oil pressure transducer is a low-cost, stainless steel sensor built for engine oil monitoring and other demanding OEM applications. It delivers a simple 0.5–4.5 V analog signal that connects directly to your controller, gauge, or data logger.
With ranges from 30 to 3000 PSI, a sealed IP67 housing, and an operating range of -25°C to +125°C, the PPT76 is ready for the heat, vibration, and fluids of the engine bay. Download the datasheet for full specifications and dimensions.
An Automotive Oil Pressure Transducer Built for the Engine Bay
Engine oil systems are hard on sensors. Constant heat cycles, oil exposure, and moisture can shorten the life of plastic-bodied parts. The PPT76 uses a stainless steel housing and a sealed design to stand up to these conditions.
It also keeps costs in check. We designed the PPT76 for OEM programs that need dependable pressure readings at production volumes, without paying for features the application does not need.
Key Features of the PPT76 Automotive Oil Pressure Transducer
- Simple analog output: 0.5–4.5 V signal works with most controllers and gauges
- Wide pressure coverage: Ranges from 30 PSI up to 3000 PSI
- Rugged construction: SS316L stainless steel housing, IP67 rated
- Engine-bay temperatures: Operates from -25°C to +125°C

Easy Integration With Standard Connectors and Ports
The PPT76 is designed to drop into your system with minimal effort. Its integrated 3-pin connector mates with a widely used Aptiv automotive connector, so there is no custom wiring to design. Three standard pressure ports cover the most common threads, and the 7/16-20 UNF version seals with an O-ring.
Each unit is protected against reverse polarity and sealed to IP67, meaning it is dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water. Learn more about what IP ratings mean from the IEC.
